Earlier this year, we began exploring how we could better connect with our audience and improve the experience of our clients. Upon careful consideration of the feedback we received from our previous clients, and from watching how the print market was changing, we decided that now was the right time to take advantage of technology and introduce our new website.
Whilst we were careful not to lose track of our key selling point (our personable approach when working with clients), our goal was to combine modern technology with the principles that made our business a success in the first place.
Chalkboard Agency, a website development studio in Glasgow, was recommended to us by a friend. After an initial brainstorming session with the team, we got down to work creating the website you are now viewing.
What you can expect
Our primary goal was to improve the experience of our clients both new and old. We’ve realised that having an online quote calculator and a client dashboard are two excellent use-cases for technology in the print sector, simplifying the process clients go through when ordering printed materials.
We don’t want to lose track of the personal contact we have with our clients. That’s why each client will be assigned with a relationship manager, who they can now contact with the click of a button through their client portal.
Our new online ordering process is now streamlined, and you’ll receive email and SMS notifications at each step of the ordering process.
